The waffles were very fresh and up to the mark. I had ordered brownie pieces and Nutella pot as add ons and the quantity was very fulfilling.
The waffles came with vanilla ice cream which was good as well. It definitely satisfied my cravings and highly recommend this place.

Ordered via delivery, they have a completely rock hard and burnt waffle, completely unacceptable. As you can see they covered in sauce to hide the burnt waffle, deceptive and dishonest

I was served by Hazra an excellent hard working employee who helped me from a plethora of options from their appetising menu. I regularly go here for their fantastic milkshakes and flavourful waffle. If you are in the area, make sure you come this spectacular Urban Chocolatier in Upton Park. Overall, fantastic service and fantastic food.
